gfortran-4.4 software package provides GNU Fortran 95 compiler, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gfortran-4.4
gfortran-4.4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gfortran-4.4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gfortran-4.4 *
You will get with gfortran-4.4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
